Moorish American

Peace & Love. This article is for Moorish Americans who study commerce. This research and application is not a part of any curriculum of the Moorish Science Temple of America, nor do I present myself as an Authority figure in the Moorish American movement. My purpose for this section of Thctrust.org, is to demonstrate for Moors who study law & commerce, how their status as a Moorish American, interconnects with anything they might do in commerce.

What is Status. According to Bouviers Law dictionary a Status is the condition of person. It also means estate, as in where the owner rights to his property.

Persons are divided into legitimates and bastards, when examined as to their rights by birth. When viewed in their domestic relations, they are divided into parents and children; husbands and wives; guardians and wards; and masters and servants son, as it is understood in law.

The Dred Scott ruling proved that blacks and negros are not and cannot be citizens of the United States, system of Government. The ruling is referring to the legal person, and their condition of being  black, african american, or otherwise civilly dead. [without the rights of a citizen]

Is it clear?  Under the roman system of citizenship, by which the United States system is based, the term African American, Black, and Negro are conditions that alter the legal capacity. And you are treated as a ward, servant, slave, etc...

As Moorish American's we do not rely on the United States for citizenship or civil rights. For Black people who are civilly dead, our answer is to proclaim your nationality. Answer to your name and claim your legacy. Taking your seat at the table in the affairs of men. The redeeming of your political rights, i.e.. a correction in your status.

The Moorish American  (A Legacy)

Our salvation is in our nationality. The present Moorish Empire is a legacy, left to us by our forefathers and restored to us by Prophet Noble Drew Ali.

The legacy in our case, was a contributions by the prophet and our forefathers to save ourselves. They gave us the keys to rebuild. 

In Admiralty, the Flag determines the Law that applies. 
The Moorish American flag is red with a green five point star in the center.

The nationality of the Moors was taken away from them in 1774 and the word negro, black and colored was given to the Asiatics of America who were of Moorish descent, because they honored not the principles of their mother and father, and strayed after the gods of Europe of whom they knew nothing” – Moorish Holy Koran, chapter 47:17

In admiralty persons are treated as vessels.A vessel takes on the charachter of it's owner. Another important note, is that Jurisdiction of the United States in Morocco was relinquished by memorandum of President Eisenhower dated Sept. 15, 1956. Notice was given to Morocco on Oct. 6, 1956

Claiming our legacy, which includes claiming our nationality, titles, birthrights , treaties, and all the benefitis and privilidges that come along with the legacy. Claiming our nationality and identity is the answer to being civilly dead, and to restoring our political rights.

A Devine Warning by the Prophet to the Nations
The citizens of all free national governments according to their national constitution are all of one family bearing one free national name. Those who fail to recognize the free national name of their constitutional government are classed as undesirables, and are subject to all inferior names and abuses that the citizens care to bestow upon them. And it is a sin for any group of people to violate the national constitutional laws of a free national government and cling to the names and principals that delude to slavery.

I the Prophet was prepared by the Great God Allah to warn my people to repent from their sinful ways and go back to that state of mind to their forefathers Divine and National principles that they will be law abiders and receive their divine right as citizens according to the free national constitution that was prepared for all free national beings. They are to claim their own free national name and religion.

2.   Court of Record Name Change
 (Start in your local County)

             Most County's have a ready made form and procedure for changing your name. Ultimately what they will be doing is giving you a court order, which within itself serves as an ID. On the application, the reason why you are making a change or correction to the name, is what is most significant. On my application, I noted that the changes were being made “to update the record to reflect the nationality of the owner and the national character of the vessel/person'   Before asking for the court's form, do a Google,  search to see what you find first.
